Eating doesn't help; West Coasters have problems gaining weight, must be all the rain. I'm 5'10", didn't get over 175 until I came to the Interior from the Wet Coast, got as high as 196. Good living, great food.

exercise is overrated. I'm 6'2" and around 320. I've been on diets most of my life, I became a lifetime member of weight watchers at age 11 i think.
