Eating doesn't help; West Coasters have problems gaining weight, must be all the rain. I'm 5'10", didn't get over 175 until I came to the Interior from the Wet Coast, got as high as 196. Good living, great food.

After reading these responses, I have decided that I need to do more lower stomach and upper chest weight training. :P

exercise is overrated. I'm 6'2" and around 320. I've been on diets most of my life, I became a lifetime member of weight watchers at age 11 i think.
