Progress springs on stock wheels. 1.7"-front and 1.8"-rear drop. Underside of my front bumper is pretty scraped-up and I'm missing the center bolt as a result.

I currently own a 2000 New Beetle that is lowered only about 1.5" (not very low at all really) I've replaced 3 oil pans (they are cast alum) and then I lifted the whole motor/trans up 1" with aluminum blocks. About a month after that I caved in the subframe and A arm on a pipe sticking up in the road. All had to be replaced.

Just wondering what is the lowest hanging fruit on a yaris and what do you guys whack up the most?

Thanks
Chris
You're safe with the Yaris. I feel your pain, I have a slammed Miata with a cast aluminum oil pan - and it's toast as of right now.

Where in Ohio are you from? I'm in the Dover area.

I live in Warren, close to Youngstown.

I've been alright since lifting the motor up, not even a scratch on the pan. They sell blocks for $100, but I made my own for about $20.
