Here's the OBX one the dealer sells for the Yaris. Comes with an insert to screw right on to the thin A/T shaft hassel free! You must order the A/T version to get the insert piece included. It gets ice cold in winter though...

I tried this for a while...



But it was too small and light. It's quite easy to do, just requires some careful drilling...

Plus, the OBX I have (just like the one auxmike posted above) looks and works great.

well here it is doesnt have the red stitching but thats okay its still pretty awesome
still want that shifter extension for a/t from mi *cough *cough @garm @caliyaris....hhahha

ill be getting rid of my old one prob. delrin type r black pic is in one of my previous posts

hey i did shell out around 60 dollars it was from amazon

kinda expensive and stupid but its pretty awesome either way haha

im awaiting on blox to make some shift knobs for automatics. as i said i have them in both of my other cars with Manual in them, and i feel the quality is superb.
