i'm not sure which "brain" is doing the thinking for the fog light, just that it is fickle.

this appears to have been the problem it wasn't making a good connection in it and kept wiggling lose. I also moved my ground to better location the other one was questionable. now to see if it keeps working or starts being fickle again.
