I use Mobil One 0-30W with Wix/Napa oil filter. Both are great IMO. 65,000 miles on my 2007 Yaris. I change oil and filter every 6500 miles. No problems.

I use strictly Thai OEM. About $4 each and they are made and designed for the car. I like to stick to factory parts as much as possible. Change oil every three months. I use any 5W30 oil that's on sale at the time. 57k and all is well...
