If the pedal goes to the floor, do this, pinch off all 4 brakes hoses, is the pedal still low? If yes then its most likely the m/c. If not, then release each brake hose until the pedal drops. That will tell you which part of the car is causing issues. You'll need a helper to hold the pedal down.

Wee is correct. The OP - Yaris709 had the original issue
Acura_reaper hijacked the thread with a random comment about getting into a crash when his brakes hit the floor. He also never claimed to have previous knowledge of his brakes failing which the OP did. Lets keep the thread for the OP and limit confusion
