I dont even want a new motor. Just one with like 15k miles, just past the broken in period.
I was looking to pay around 3.5k total, the same you would get with a Turbo kit, all around, a turbo kit would cost in an area of about 4k after you get the clutch, and everything, plus install.

Hell I can get you in under $4000, I am sure... www.copart.com find a location near you where you can pick up a donor car, it has to be picked up by a towtruck, and you have to pay, cash, certified check or moneyorder. You can not buy from the site, but I can.... just tell me when, and which auction to start watching and I will get you a car with in your budget

well the Engine control modual (ECM) would come out of the doner car... problem solved
when you change the engine you change the engine management to match, no problem

better than 2zz...swap the 2zz into your yaris, add a hydra ems ($1500), then you can lower the 'lift'. then you will have more hp available sooner than 6400 rpm like in corolla, matrix, etc.

Why don't we first figure out if the 2ZZ'll fit in the first place? I was contemplating this. But if the 2ZZ would require custom fab, then I might as well invest in putting in a B18.
