I'd go with silver lugs to match the rim. Perhaps you could customize the centre caps with a hint of the blue.

those are Old school American wheels... when they say old school they mean old school Japanese wheels.

To me its old school because of the lip and the bolts to make it look like a 2 piece wheel. The Konig B. Bombs are actually a replica of this wheel I think.
