Does anyone know how long it woud take me to get to Sacramento (in traffic) if I leave SF aroud 5:30 p.m.? I think it might be pushing it a little, but I'm willing to try. (I don't park in SF exactly, so technically I'd be leaving Emeryville around 5:30 p.m) Anyone else leaving from the East Bay? What time are you planning on leaving? |

How fast are you willing to drive tomato?
From SF it should be 1 hour and 35 mins. It took me from Fremont about 2 hours through no traffic cruising 70+ I'll plan on leaving around 5pm and I will be taking 680 Interstate (closest to me) which the traffic through that place will have me arriving close to 8pm~ish >_<... THAT'S IF I COME, I'm maybe for now... |

How fast? Why I *always* follow the speed limit, don't you? Seriously, I imagine it's going to be stop and go for the most part seeing that it's Friday night? Put me down as a maybe, too. I don't like Friday eve anything because of the !$@#$#@ Friday traffic , but I'll make an effort if it's going to be the last 2009 meet |

Can I come even though I don't own a Yaris? I'm in San Jose. I"m quite interested in Yaris and also what parts your put in it, maybe similar to a Prius?

A Prius is a hybrid / gasoline mix and not likely to share parts with the yaris at all. I can't say for sure but at least that's the feeling I get.

That's what my car looks like. So does that mean I can come to the gatherings for yaris? haha.
The reason why I'm so interested is because I can't find any Prius gatherings so I can't meet with any other drivers. You guys look very active and I think Yaris and Prius are almost the same, they save some gas and are small cars. |

hahaha!! the Prius is huge compared to the Yaris LB :)
Personally, I think it'd be great if you hung out with us, but it'd be better if you sent a PM to Clark (mini TRD) directly because he's having it at his house so he's kind of in charge of that one. Welcome to the forum by the way :) and nice pictures! This is Clark, by the way http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/sho...76&postcount=1 |

thank you! I'm not sure if I'll make it to the Sacramento one because I get off work at 9:00pm, meaning two hour drive thats 11:00pm :(
But I'm interested in attending the next meet! When do you think another one will happen? |
