Well I do live right beside a load of meth dealers that like to rob the houses, cars, and people in the neighborhood. There's a trailer park right behind my house loaded with meth (they were cooking Sunday night actually). It's not just that, it's this little paragraph in our Constitution that states...

So basically, in this country and given the state's permission, you really don't need a "reason" to carry. It is what we like to call a "God-given right" for free men...

Mosins are pretty common down here, you can pick up a round receiver 91/30 via mail order for under $100US delivered if you have an 03 Federal Firearms License (FFL) which allows folks like myself collect curios & relics (mainly specific, unaltered firearms 50 years old or older).

I love the old Mosins, and have 21 of them (yep, I said twenty-one). They are great bolt-action rifles and a blast to shoot, and the shorter carbine versions (M44s and M38s) make nice fireballs when you shoot them at dawn or dusk!

But, as my old friend Ordell Robbie once said, "AK-47. The very best there is. When you absolutely, positively, have to kill every single motherfucker in the room; accept no substitute!"
