There are a number of places that sell LED lights for tractor trailers, etc. and many people have opened up their tails and retrofitted them in.

I bought these in a local tuning shop yesterday. Looks much better than the others in my opinion. Avaiable in Venezuela, Not sure if they are available in other countries
