Yes, they are. I tried 18s, they looks even better but they rubbed the inside wall when you turn. Which I don't suggest to use them without adjust you camber and use firmer suspension. :)

I just ordered through local Toyota dealership, although it takes a few weeks to come because they're back order. But the price is pretty good, cost me CAD$375 and I paid $200 for install. (It's too much work to install on RS, check my other tread for details)

Looks good. Don't worry about the size, the bigger the better.

Anyways to resize you'd use a pic program, or I think even the photoshop that came with windows might be able to do it as well.
