I tried every local auto parts store and two Radio Shacks and haven't been able to find ANY 12v LEDs in white. They have them in green and red only. Does anyone know where I might find these?

First of all GREAT IDEA, and I am sorry your English is not the greatest (Cantonese/Mandirin/Japanese?), but I am going to see if you mind adding some stuff to this how-to? I am doing to create the ultimate how-to, and I could use some help. Things to add (if you don't mind): PARTS: LED's (WHERE EXACTLY YOU GOT THEM, MODEL NM, Description):
Wire Nuts (or equiv.) TOOLS: Not trying to be rude, this is an awesome how to. But I would like to put it in a big How-To document for the people on here. Not like the ones we have, but more of a detailed instructional how-to. I want to have all the details so you are not looking around for a part or tool after you one and only car is pulled apart (might have happened to me before) :PScrewdriver: Torx (Exact Size) Power Drill Drill Bits (size) If anyone else has something they want to put it let me know, and I will reformat and let you know what is needed if something needs to be added. Thanks, |

Autozone: http://tinyurl.com/LEDYARIS I had to shorten it, was long.. But autozone.com and the stores have them. Radioshack carries them, and a few thousand people online. If you need something weird like a tri color or something let me know and I can find it if you need. |

does anyone else who has this done have any pictures? I'm seriously contemplating doing this but would like to see it on other colored cars. I have a meteorite metallic and am trying to figure out the best color. haha I also don't have the super bright lights like the OP so mine wouldn't match like his does (props for that btw)

shrink wrap the wires or electrical tape them together, should make it easier to pull through

Hi, Excellent idea. Did you had to put any current limitting resistors so that they don't burn out?
