Hey all. I did my drums on the 07 Yaris. Everything brand new. Now there is a weird slapping. Any ideas.

slapping drums
I did the rear drums on my 07 Yaris, with all brand new equipment. Drums, shoes, springs etc. Greased the contact points, put back together the way it should be. Now there is a weird slapping when I apply the brakes. Any ideas. Thank you.
