I guess, the turbo need to be very close in the exhaust piping, just above the oil level for oil drainback, so the air intake need to bring fresh unrestricted air there, pressurized and sent out front for cooling, back to the throttle body.

As far as fuel management, I just don't see how not to upset the computer, piggyback is a hell of a headache and not cheap, the adaptation of the ECU will mess the tune in a matter of hours, it need a complete reflash, or to run a standalone in conjunction with the present computer to run the acceesories, but the EMS will still be pissed off...
The only ways I see to do this from now is either to run a 5000 $ Motec EMS or revert to cable throttle, hacksawing the whole throttle system and revert to pre historic engine control.
To run a piggyback:
EGO :
we need to lie to the EMS, we need to control, O2 sensors signal so the ECU thinks that it's running right not detecting the over rich condition or it will trim the fuel gradually until maxed out, then will trigger limp mode
MAF :
Limit the MAF signal so the EMS don't detect overboost and trigger limp home maps, the ECU need to think he's running WOT
Relying on a MAF signal mod will mess the timing tables, so the engine need to run as stock below 0 PSI
Injectors :
Intercept the injector signal modifying it to run larger injectors, the piggyback need to read Manifold pressure and compute pulse width
Ignition :
Intercept the CPS signal and offset the signal as boost retard (6 PSI+), still the engine may see that the crank is not phased with the cams sensors and trigger a CEL and limp mode, if below 6 PSI leave timing in full advance, use higher octane fuels instead.
I'm sure that if I think of it some more I will find even more stuff and the ECU will fight back any abnormalities, it may even datalog and blow the warranty, if someone care :D

Edit : I told you I'll find something else lol, the EMS may be able to compute that the TPS and MAF signal are out of wack and trigger limp mode again.
Testing testing testing...

my IC is tiny and never overheats.. small cars + small turbo need short IC piping and properly sized IC.

Exactly. Blow off valves really do not have much of a performance advantage unless you're running really high horsepower and high boost. Most people install them on their turbo kits because they make such a cool sound
