Are you guys starting the drive at El Dorado Hills Blvd? If I'm in south sac then I can meet you at Clark's place, but if I'm home I'll just meet you where Salmon Falls starts.

Yo Rusty. I think El Dorado Hills Blvd. would be a good place to start. It's right off of 50, and there's that shopping center right there too. We can meet you in that parking lot. Although we'll be eating in Sac first before we head out to the cruise. We can always change that if there is a good place to eat in that shopping center.

We've got a Chilis right off the freeway if you want to eat there. Starbucks, Chevron, Shell, Valeros all in the same area too.
edit- But if you guys want Japanese food, we should go to Taiko Sushi. You take the exit before El Dorado Hills Blvd to get there. Awesome donburi (rice bowls) and bento (combo boxes). Haven't tried their sushi yet, but I will have some if we go there. It's easy to get to Salmon Falls from there too. One last thing. I shouldn't have to tell you guys, but please be safe and responsible going down Salmon Falls. My friend died in a crash there less than 3 months ago. I haven't had sushi in a while, do they also serve ramen bowls? Contraband and I have been wanting some good ones for quite some time...lol. I'm down for whatever, up to you guys. But if i had to pick, it would be Taiko Sushi then...Chilis...etc.~
And yes, we will be careful during the cruise through salmon falls up and down. No speeding guys. This is not like Calaveras, although more open but we have traffic, especially since its daytime, so lets make it a safe run please. Just put in my requests, so i should have the day off for this. Btw...had a contractor at Home Depot, who knocks on my car's rooftop...i step outside and he tells me.."aren't these only sold in Japan?" "Did you import it here or what?"...i laugh and say no, it's slowly becoming a Vitz (3-dr RS)...haah. Seeing is believing :D Last edited by Kioshi; 02-08-2010 at 03:48 PM. |

Not me!
Chilies or something else...maybe two different places to eat? Might be a little quicker service with smaller groups (at different places...).

We can eat in two small groups to avoid gratuity if we have to. Chilis is safe for me, not a sushi man personally.

hahahaha, I like sushi, but I can't eat the raw stuff like sashimi (sp?). If you're ever in Sac, you gotta try Arigato's. That's the place that got me to like sushi.

come on guys, our cars are trying to look for JDM, we gotta be more Japanese too.
and to Kioshi's comment, i love to tell people my car is a special model, cuz i kept the toyota emblem (the words), throws people off. like this saturday...before my crash, a guy was confused while walking by my car in a shopping mall garage. Hopefully my car (Ravage, i should start calling it that more) will be back to normal by then. I wonder if i can get my car realigned on the frame as well..stupid crookedness.

ezhacker1 - I'm still trying to save up money for the H&R spacers so i can give you one of the sizes and you give me the other...to make the wheels flush in the rear.
But yeah, its whatever on people's taste. OK, we will do a split eating group. lol. |
