I just finished watching Quarantine. WOW. I thought that was supposed to be a dumb movie but I just spent the last hour hyperventilating and squashing screams so I wouldn't wake the sleeping kids. They captured total panic PERFECTLY. If you like a good adrenaline rush...that movie will do it.

A group of people gets "quarantined" in this old hotel that's been turned into apartments. They have some biological ailment, sort of like rabies but it progresses in minutes instead of months or years. The CDC closes it off and waits for them to kill each other off.
