oh boy, it's bike week here. how do i know? 1) pizza places won't deliver, 2) the roads are congested with ridiculously loud choppers, and 3) i have to go to my "plan B bar" because "plan A" is full!

I did not keep my Harley Lowrider long enough to make it from Los Angeles to Daytona for Bike Week.

BUT, I did a solo run from Los Angeles to Sturgis, SD for the 1988 Black Hills Classic.

That's even cheap for South Carolina standards. 3 bedrooms around here are close to $1000. My daughter has been looking.

Hell our 3 bed 2 bath 1400sqft house on a small lot with a 2.5 car garage is just shy of $1000 a month bank note
