I'm posting this as a funny because I'm only halfway through my suspension process due to waiting on my fronts struts to arrive but here's how she looks as of 12/21/14 with only the rear lowered.
My setup is 16x7 +40 Konig Feathers with 205/50/16 tires on Tein S-Tech springs and Tokico Blues. I also added the TRD rear sway bar which is a significant improvement over stock handling. I'll be sure to post updated pics once I finish lowering the front. Overall very satisfied with the drop. Tein rates these at a 1.9" drop.

Alright so here's the finished product.

Here are the 5 different sets of rims I've had on the car in chronological order. This has taken longer than I wanted not upload
First are the OE steelies for baseline  Next are some OE vw jetta wheels that I no longer have  Next are vw steelies from a jetta painted hemi orange. This is definitely my favorite photo of the car  Next are some aftermarket 15x6 unknown manufacturer  Next are OE mini emola r81 rims I got on eBay  I hope you enjoy this post. It might not be as much of car porn as the rest of the posts but it is fun to share and document the different rims I've had. I'm sure the list will continue to grow as time rolls on |
