Visit Monkeywrenchracing.com they have tons of transmission parts. Mostly for the 6 speed but they might have others too.

found time to take the transmission out and apart to remove the LSD. This picture shows 3rd gear with no teeth. Going to order some new seals for my original transmission, and transfer the LSD. Going back to the shorter gears since rev limit is 8k now.

Wow! I've never seen that before. Measure the width of the gears in both transmissions. Curious if one has wider gears than the other. I'm pretty sure my C160's gears are wider than the C150 stock gears. I'd have to check my old build thread.

That's crazy you managed to strip the teeth of then. Maybe I'm thinking of a C54 from the celica. I know one of the C series transmissions has wider gears in it.

I took a picture comparing the yaris output gear shaft (right) to a tC output gear shaft (left) . Ignore the top/4th gear on the tC shaft, it is a prototype gear we are testing and is odviously beefier. Look how similar the gears are. tC transmissions are known to shear 4th gear at / above 400whp.

yes. I contacted Kaaz about their gear set, and there is no guarantee that they will hold the power. That isn't a $2000 gamble Im willing to take. I am doing a cooler setup however.
This year Im focusing more on overall performance and reliability. Just got a new set of wheels in, fitting 275's up front. Then Im doing an oil cooler setup and koyo radiator along with the trans cooler.

Are you going to detune the power a bit for a flatter power band too?

It"s been a while, here are some updates... Springtime I attended a time trial, at that time trial I was sitting in second place ioverall after a few sessions so I decided to run full boost. My motor finally had enough. The piston which was scored a long time ago (cylinder 4) detonated and I melted a piston. I did grab second place though, so that day was still a success lol. I since built another motor and had it running in time for the fall Gripfest ( time trial). I did not get my injectors flow tested in time so I ran low boost, around 260whp but with great success. I edged out the previous winner, and did so in the rain. This was awesome because he was in an STI, so no more excuses that awd is dominant in the rain . I was only beat by our own shop time attack tC ( 2008-2009 mod fwd Redline Time Attack champ), and a Formula Ford. Yes, Gripfest doesn't have classes, it's run what you brung.
I also squeezed in a few autocrosses before the race season ended, with great results. Ive been dominating SMF SCCA class, and almost grabbed FTD overall in a couple events. Im still getting used to the massive grip over 275 width Hossiers up front. Here are a few pictures
