clearcoat peeling

does anyone know if anything can be done with this condition?

basically the wheels are 4 years ago and they have undergone weather here. the clear coat is peeling off

and a side question, do you think white rims look good on a classic silver yaris?

ouch...that sucks. Are those authentic OZ wheels? If so I wonder what the company might tell you?

Alloys + road salt = as shown.

Gonna have to blast and refinish. Once the clear has been compromised that's it.

be aware that if you choose to refinish and go the powdercoat route that not all coaters or their shops are created equal so do your homework to save possible financial and emotional heartache down the line.

D.I.Y.,purchase a container of Mar-Hyde paint stripper,and some cheap
paint brushes, apply, let stand, and rinse with water. You might have to do this
more than once. This method works for me...
