2015 3D mods..

So I just paid off my 2015 3 door L and finally looking at doing some performance mods.

What is available as for as intake, intake manifold, exhaust header, and axle back exhaust?

Pretty much everything engine and mechanical wise is the exact same for 3rd gens as 2nd gens.

Good to know!

What about an axle back exhaust? Will something for a 2012-13 fit my ‘15?

Yes it will. Exhaust is the same as long as you stay with exhaust for hatchback models.

So my Yaris has an auto trans and found a manual trans from the same year. What would be involved in switching it over to a manual transmission?

Why not just drop the 2ZR-FE from the Corolla/Scion xD instead of the super charger? the new exhaust might not be useful after the engine swap though.

just the axleback does nothing for power....i went with a custom-bent midpipe from the back-end of the resonator to my megan axleback and noticed good mid range power additions...

That’s good information! I still need to install the Weapon R intake..

I did get some ‘00 Civic SIR wheels with G Force Comp 2 Sport (195/50 fronts & 195/55 rear) put on last weekend. Saving for coil overs and sway bars.

TRD rear swaybar is a GREAT starter handling mod. It takes no time to install and it makes quite a difference.

Got the Weapon R intake on and boy does it sound better! Throttle response is smoother now as well.

Just ordered a DC 4-1 header and Bilstein B14 coil overs.

This weekend I’ll be installing a Momo steering wheel.
