Odd throttle issue

This car has a reduced power mode, cause by this non exhaustive list:
Misfiring of any cylinder in any amount
Throttle position sensor sensor, signal, or wiring bad
Gas pedal position sensor, signal, or wiring bad
ECU interpretation of those sensors glitching.
Anything that could possibly make the engine rev up, intended or unintended can cause reduced power mode. For some reason they make misfires reduce power as well. This makes very little sense, as not being able to drive the car off the road is a much more terrifying and dangerous experience than driving with a misfire.

If the misfire is causing reduced power, the guaranteed fix is to unplug the sensor. This will make the car unable to sense misfires and hopefully bypass this trigger of reduced power
