Alright, we'll check that part number. Gonna need it for buddy's '17 Yaris project, still waiting to return from the installation of the new set of tires from 4Wheeonline plus alignment before we can start the mod projects.

PTR11-52071 will bolt up to any NCP131, NCP91 or NCP93 Yaris aswell as Scion xD.
Always take anything a dealer says with a grain of salt, they generally don't know the specifics between what interchanges or not unless a computer tells them they do.

I have an after market sway bar on my 2009 Yaris and it completely improves the handling for the better
You would think that with a solid rear axle it would not do much but, it works amazingly well . |

Thank you for the feedback gentlemen.
I just ordered my TRD sway bar/ axile stiffener. I will have installation Pictures. I am also exploring frame stiffeners and a front tower brace from, racing_champion on ebay : https://www.ebay.com/itm/17495755153...torefresh=true I am also going to lift the car 1 to 1.5 inches because it is too low for the roads in Ventura County! Any ideas? |

Mitch, do you know if the Strut tower braces and under body braces from the 2013 generation will fit the 1015 5 door Hatchback?

I just ordered the Tanabe TTB121F Sustec Front Strut Tower Bar For 2007-13 Toyota Yaris Scion xD #133454120095 for my 2015. I hope I have the right one.
I will be installing a front 30mm lift kit, a rear 40mm lift kit, The Strut bar and my TRD sway bar at one time. Anybody think I will notice a difference in handling? (How are you, Mitch? Thanks for the help.) I will be doing Video/ pics! |

I have the Tanabe NST45 on my 2014 and it fit like a glove, I'm not sure if the TTB121F will fit. They look the same, so maybe? I bought mine from RHDJapan.

honest question...as ive never understood the strut tower braces..does it really make that much differance?!?!?! and i mean on the STREET not the track
i mean i guess if the chassis flexes easy then sure...but the the only other strut rig ive owned and hooned was an 89 factory turbo dodge caravan (SWB) and those towers did NOT move and i drove it like i was on an autox on every street i could...that thing didnt know what flex was up front...out back well....it was leafsprun and twisty out back |

for deivingon the street you wont notice anything, you have to be pushing the vehicle to the max to notice any improvement, rear sway bar, and front sub frame ladder braces i noticed the biggest difference

thats kinda what i figured...
with all the hard hilly twistys ive been sent on as of late im finnaly starting to feel the lack of rear sway...lugging 100lbs+ back there and its not so bad..but runnin those same curves empty and you feel it roll around i always assumed the tower braces were bling n track i suspect youll get more flex from the control arms up front and the trailing arms out back long before any amount of chassis deflection rears its head tho i question on the 5dr's about any frame rail connectors... |
