Placed my order today
After driving the manual sedan today I placed an order for a manual liftback yaris, in black.
I'm dying for 40mpg!!! My dealer claimed he could get it built from factory with power package(steel wheels)-(I'll add alloys later), keyless entry, rear spoiler, cold weather package and fog lights for the total price of $13,470. How does that sound? I do have a few days by law to review my order correct? PS...I was very impressed with driving the sedan today |

Does that include all charges, such as "Destination" charges, advertising, whatever?
If so, that would sound like a good price. You might go onto the COSTCO auto buying website and see how it stacks up against their MSRP and Invoice figures. http://www.costcoauto.com/index.asp? |

I was told that Dealerships usually give you a break on the price if you put a downpayment and order a car... That way they really dont spend any money having a car sit on the lot.. is that true?

Still Waiting
I factory ordered April 1st. The car has not even been built yet.
Bayoo Blue Power Package- Need the split, adjustable, fold flat seat. Keyless Spoiler No-Extra air bags, No antilock, $13,000 even including delivery. (Plus tax and lisc.) There must be a large demand? Problem in production? The wait is LONG. |

Sounds about right tds12. I think I'm getting the same car but also including the fog lamps and cold weather package for $13,470.(plus tax n lisc)
What wait time did they tell you? I'm sure they reallly dont know when they take your order. My dealer said 16 weeks!! Guess Toyota never saw the gas price increase coming and potential for selling a ton of these!! Good luck getting it!! |
