For how many things are out, I would check the following fuses:

ECU-IG, DOME, ACC - (All are in the fuse panel that is under the bottom of the dash).

for example, the cigarrete lighter is not working although its fuse is ok.
is there any fuse that controls some of the other fuses, like a " master fuse"?
´
I forgot to say that the car is starting and running ok

The AM2 fuse is the next level up for the lighter. Above that, the 60A fusible link, which is part of the positive battery terminal.

Is there any chance that the problem comes from the alternator? Because the car is starting and running but some other features ( electric power steering, windows, wipers, indicators, radio) that require power are not working.

There are some systems that receive an input from the alternator (the AC ECU for example), but not the radio, wipers, etc.

All of the things listed above that are not working are ignition switched, but not alternator dependent.

Did you check the AM2 fuse?

Besides it, the IG1 relay is involved. IG1 is the relay on the bottom left of the under dash fuse panel. IG2

If the electric power steering feels like it is not assisting enough, then it may be your battery. Another member on here recently posted about changing his battery and one of the unexpected fixes with doing so was the power steering.

You might need a new battery. I was having issues with my steering, the radio, etc. I got a new battery two days ago and the radio, steering and other issues cleared up. It did take about 24 hours after the new battery was installed for the idle to be smooth. CTScott enlightened me that this is because the ECM has to relearn the fuel trims because the battery gets disconnected when a new one is installed. The place that installed my battery (Wal-Mart) put the air filter back in after the battery install but didn't snap the housing back together. I visited a Toyota dealer just to make certain that there wouldn't be some issue that would pop up down down the road that I should discuss with Wal-Mart now (the Wal-Mart Assistant Manager said they have insurance for just such things). The Service Writer at the Toyota dealership said no, I didn't have to worry...that the only potential issue that would be related to this is that the Check Engine light might be tripped (a false alarm) and need to be reset. Good luck.
