For liftback, I have seen the C-One carried by Supporting Vendor, John@BulletProof.

there is a front sway bar available from C-One, quality is excellent from this company. I would expect sooner or later(likely later) for cusco to come out with some as well.

Cusco actually released a sway bar for a liftback already, at least they already got them in stock where i live (Bangkok, Thailand). I heard they are couple of 5 doors that already install it. I will most likely got one within a week or so. Thanks for the reply guys :D

with a rear torsion beam suspension, are you really going to see much gain by adding a rear sway bar?

Be better off with a rear strut bar, or lower bumper bar.
Both offered by C-One, and pic's and prices on BulletProof's site above ^. |

sway bars increase wheel rate on the inside tire in a turn thus helping rotation i'd rather have the rotation than rigidity |

One of the best upgrades you can make to a VW Golf/Jetta is adding a rear trailing arm "sway bar" or "torsion bar". These are not your typical sway bar but are actually welded or bolted into the torsion beam to stiffen it up.
From looking at the Yaris beam, this can be easily made to fit, and I'll be looking into it soon. I also realize that it's important to keep some of the "flex" in the beam since it does help with steering and direction, but with the soft rubber bushes in the leading arm joints and the angle they meet up at, I'm sure a little stiffening can only help! I'll see if I can find some pictures of the bar installed on VW's for reference. |

some of those MkII bars are pretty trick... some have sliding mount heim joints to minimize binding. It would be awesome to see some of that technology make it over to japanese cars... There is a company called Shine that makes a sway bar for the VW rear trailing arms that mounts above the arm and does not reduce ground clearance at all.
