Transmission Questions(fluid change... and other questions)
I have a 2007 Sedan Automatic.
I would like to know, from everyone experience with this: 1)What transmission fluid should be used? 2)What tramission fluid do you recommend if it is after market?(my car is still under warrenty though) 3)Does the car have a dip-stick to measure the tranmission fluid level like the oil level? 4)How much transmission fluid is needed, exactly? 5)How would I go about changing this myself if at all possible(I will do this at a friends shop with the right equipment) 6)Thank you! |

it uses TOYOTA WS fluid which is rated to 100,000 miles. no dipstick and we give out 14 quarts with a complete flush.

14??????????? Is this just the transmission, or is this including everything in the torque converter and stuff(I dont know what Im really talking about)....
How much is this stuff anyway? Maybe now I should not change my fluid, since its only at around 49,000 miles. Thanks. |

14 QUARTS is what we give for a total flush with the machine.
