New Driver + New Owner = freak! help!
Hey everyone!
You have all been most helpful everytime I post something on here, and now my latest stupid question. I was driving this morning and hit a pothole... and there went my front hubcup! I had to pull over and find which one was mine (apparently I discovered a hubcap graveyard at that intersection) and popped it back on. Now... is this normal? Is it safe to drive now that I popped it back on? It did not look like any of the clasps were damaged... so I can only assume it is ok. New car... FIRST car... so a little freaked out. And btw, if anyone knows where to take CAR LESSONS, please let me know lol Thanks! |

If the clasps look alright, I wouldn't worry about it.

You should also give the town a call, lol. If that many people are having problems they should fix the pothole.

if they started fixing the potholes in montreal, the city would lose part of it's natural charm

sorry, this is a dumb question but i'm just curious.
What are potholes? I don't seem to come across much hole here in Calgary roads, just wanted to know so I can watch out for them when I see them.

Im suprised that the wheel covers aren't secured with a bolt or something... maybe some transparent zipties will be necessary. |

Lucky Calgarian, I used to live in Calgary and yeah, I would not doubt they don't see a lot of potholes. Toronto is bad, but Sudbury is worst, back when I used to live in Sudbury, we used to have this gameshow in the radio. People who found the biggest pothole in the city win a mp3 player or some sort, it was funny.
So yeah, you wouldn't see anybody lowering their rides in Sudbury unless they are idiots.
