OK, So under heavy acceleration my car gives off a weird smell, I am going to assume that it may be something to do with the header getting really hot from revving so high but I'm not completely sure. The smell reminds me of burning paint, so hopefully it isn't the paint on my firewall burning from the heat.

The second bug is that my stereo was going out when I signaled a lane changes. This occurs as I was driving down the Interstate today on my way back from Maryland the speeds where around 70mph.

any ideas to these

The first could be something not installed correctly. You should just double check everything to make sure it is all fully tight.

The second sounds like a crossed wire or wire insulation might have been stripped. Double check everything you installed. And double check the ground kit too.
