Intermittent front end humming and vibration
My 2008 Yaris 5 Door Lift Back has developed a strange humming noise. Just passed 48,000kms.
I checked the front bearings and everything seems tight. I've tried using two different wheel/tire combos and the hum persists. Basically when I reach 90+ km/h the humming begins. It starts for a second and a half, stops and starts over and over. When I release the the gas pedal the humming stops, same with putting it in neutral. Anyone have any ideas of what to do or what it could be? I'm just dreading the upcoming battle with my dealer as I already know they won't be able to hear it or replicate it, ugh. |

Okay thank you. I was just a little worried as my friends 05 Echo is perfect with none of the hums and it too is an auto.
Guess I'll just have to put up with it until I put on the TRD exhaust. |
