engine swap FR yaris pics
the caption said tacoma 4-cyl so i'm thinking 3RZ or 22re. anyone heard of this car? i was looking for performance numbers. i searched but couldn't find what i was looking for. |

that's nuts, stands on one end when braking too
the geometry is fucked, that tuck in the rear makes it look like something is broken oh well interesting experiment to say the least, I guess the econo on this one's out the window

that engine will be a pain to work on. just not enough space in the compartment to make it a good swap. imagine having to replace the last(4?) spark plug for a "simple" tune up. hahahaah that will be a full days project!!!

the guy building it posted on these forums one time last year. he said that it is a project car that is being built. i guess it's unfinished. i wonder why they would have it on display? oh well, i'm not really interested anymore.

as soon as i saw the engine shot...thought that looked like an open thermostat housing....so i bet there isnt any performance data yet... :)

These pics were from SEMA 2006, which was in October, 2006. I saw this car in person. I'd love to know the progress of it since then.
