Thud sound on front wheels.

Hi im Yesus, from Mexico, just bought a Yaris 2007 it was fitted with 17" rims, and they look ok, the thing is i hear a "THUD" sound when im on dirt roads or when i climb a speed bump, on the right front wheel, and a sound like vibrating metals on uneven roads, im spending some money into the car, but im starting with ths oil change, and the ebgine belt( all the nighboards know when im going to work,...) So i wanted to know ur opinion, Thnx!!
