At night i see the auto writing upon on the window switch is blinking. I want to debug the problem my self. First of all is there any fuse or any controller to chk secondly the switch, third one the motor?

The blinking light on the switch says that it is getting power, so it's not a blown fuse. Inside of the master switch for the power windows there is quite a bit of circuitry, including a microcontroller. The easiest fix would be to replace the power widow master switch, but if you can't find one the next option would be to attempt to repair the existing one. The likely bad parts within it are either the switches themselves or some of the electrolytic capacitors, which tend to dry out over time.
