Is there a difference in cv axles for auto and manual transmission?
Thinking I'm gonna have to buy a new cv axle soon for the driver side of my yaris. Everything I find online is not stating for auto or manual transmission (mines auto) so assuming they are the same axle or am I wrong?

Yes Amazon has both axles for $110 and they fit my 09 which is auto. Not sure how good they are though. I would consider carefully inspecting the passenger side axle boots at this time and consider replacing them also as they cant be far behind. Look for cracks in the folds of the rubber boots.
Good luck!
