i could have sworn the wheel doesnt need to come off, just that the bag need to be out of the way to bolt in the switch, and the clock spring needs nothing more than plugged into

He is talking about a difference between 2nd and 3rd gen.

yeah i know but doesnt the 3rd gen still have the same pre wired clock spring that only needs plugged into? and the only reason you need to pull the wheel is to swap the rear cover?

If you're tapping out over a couple of clips that require a bit of patience to pop, maybe modifying cars isn't for you.

No, just don't want to go into a project like this unless I am 100% properly prepared especially since this is my daily driver.
