My Hand Break goes on and off ???

Yes last night it was working fine, when I got to the grocery store I pulled up and it went all the way up! no break at all, I got home still the same , this morning no hand break at all!

I just got to work and I pulled the hand break up and AHHH there it was again like normal!

Any body has an Idea of what's going on?

Thank you,
Derick

frozen pivots at the drum or frozen cable

get it fixed or you could be constantly rubbing the shoes and that can lead
to needed a new drum due to deep scoring

ez to yank wheels and drum and take a look yourself.

Thanks, but when it happens there is no break feel at all. I don't think it's constantly rubbing it's the opposite, it doesn't engage. Thanks again
