2007 yaris snow tires on 2012
Good evening all,
I turned in my 2007 yaris for a 2012 back in march. I had a set of steel rims and snow tires from my 2007, the guy at the tire shop said they should fit on the 2012, I didn't think much of it at the time. We had our first snowfall here so I thought I would put them on tonight. The old tires are 175 65 r14. when I put them on they seem to fit very close to the breaks. I can't tell if they are rubbing or not, but when I hand turn them they seem to rub. But when I put the stock wheels back on they seem to have friction also. I'm not very mechanically inclined, so looking for advice here first. Question is, has anyone here put wheels from their older yaris onto the 2012? |
