Feedback on these wheels

I represent over 200 brands from Japan and I am always looking for companies that can offer us here in the states something a little different, so from time to time I may ask everyone what they think of certain things. I've got some wheels I'd like to see what everyone thinks about them.

IJAK is a wheel manufacturer in Japan that makes some very high quality wheels. I was actually looking for some Yaris fitment wheels and this is what I've found. In regards to retail pricing, that is of course the high end. If we did a group buy it'll be lower

AQUA FX

They have a fitment that they did specifally for the Vitz.
15x6.5 +40
These are cast wheels, they only come in silver.
Retail for these wheels would be around $250 per wheel. Center caps are and additional $30.00.

AQUA DS

They list this fitment as specifally for the Vitz as well.
15X6.5 +40
These are also cast wheels that come in the one color. These retail for around $250 and center caps are $30.00

AQUA SS

Another matched wheel for the Vitz though this has the least aggresive of all the fitments.
15x6.5 +45
These are also cast wheels that come in the one color. These retail for around $250 and center caps are $30.00

SOUTHERN WAYS S-05

For those looking for something a little more performance oriented, here come the forged wheels. The Southern Ways are amazingly light and have 3 fitments to choose from for your vehicle. Each of these wheels weigh only 8lbs.
15x6.5 +35
15x6.5 +45
15x6.5 +48 (this is a special race fitment wheel. IJAK is a wheel supplier for the Vitz Cup in Japan and these are specifically for these race cars...and yes, we can get them for you.)

Retail price is around $550.00 per wheel.

So everyone let me know what you think. If you like any of them then I'll be happy to put together introductory pricing for everyone. These wheels are about as JDM as they get, plus they are exceptional quality...so no broken wheels here.

I for one couldn't dream of spending that much money on rims.

I'd assume I'm not the only one.

I will be looking for a deal similar to the deal ran on Konig wheels in the spring. More options for a low-cost rim would be splendid, as I'm not crazy about the styling on many of the wheels I've seen on the board priced around $600 or less for the set.

I like the SOUTHERN WAYS S-05 the best, a bit pricey for me... But then again they are forged wheels. And 8lbs a Wheel is dead sexxy!

It seems that the Yaris shares wheel bolt pattern and a close offset to popular Hondas. With that being said I would think that we already have a huge selection of wheels.

If I can help it, I'd rather buy rims from a supporting vendor.

I wasn't saying we should buy them elsewhere. Its just that you really don't have to look far for a wheel that fits.

i don't have any connection with konig, we keep it to japanese stuff for the most part.

as for pricing on the wheels, the first three i would most likely sell for 800-900 for a set. the S-05's are indeed a sweet wheel and I'd definitely get them into the $400's.

Southern Ways FTW!! Jon, You know I'd be all over those if I didn't already have four sets of wheels for this car!

I really hope someone takes you up on these, I had a set of Southern Ways on my AE86, never seen anyone else with them EVER!

Those wheels look pretty nice. They are particularly good for auto-x purposes as I've seen many track and circuit cars in Japan with those wheels.

Do they come in any larger sizes? Specifically 17" ..

they do not have proper fitment for those sizes, 4x100 only come in 4x100

The AQUA FX's are nice.

If my Konigs break into a million pieces, I'd get them.

John, I don't quite understand you.

Do you mean that the 4x100 bolt pattern only comes in the 15" size?

I understand that for the wheels you are promoting, they are 15" in size, the fitment is 4x100 and there is a particular offset suitable for the Yaris/Vitz.

I assume the larger sized wheels do not come in a 4x100 bolt pattern and the offsets are not within the Toyota Yaris/Vitz preferred offset?
