Hi help new owner!! Please

Hi peoples, i'm really excited finally after years of being poor i finally manage to sort my life around, and now i just brought a 2007 t spirit yaris!! Happy days!! Anyways i have not picked her up yet but i am desperate to know that how can i connect my iphone 4 to to sound system. Researching on the options i have learnt the following:
1. The 2007 1.3 t spirit does not have a aux socket and needs a toyota some type of adaptor costs £250 fit/supply by toyota.
2. Use fm frequently belkin gadget
3. Dont bother and just use cd's

Anyone have any bits of advice??
Thanks

Hi there, Markus. Welcome to the forums and congrats on your new car.

Yes, deck = stereo. The OEM stereo is pretty bad. There have been lots of complaints about it for years, including the CD reader crapping out (mine included). It might be a good idea to get a decent unit that has bluetooth capability so as to eliminate the need for an extra cable, but to each their own.

Hi exiwolfman/tk 421

Thanks for the advice, what i have done so far is ordered a belkin fm transmitter. I am reluctant to change the deck (i used to be a modifying addick and cant risk it). So hope the fm transmitter works!!
Cheers for your help, i am just getting insurance qoutes and they are expensive in london just because i have not got any " no claims bonus" getting milked by the insurance companies.

Thanks
Markus

Just get a Pioneer with usb, and that will fix everything.

The pioneers sound good, but where they really shine is there USB speed and ease of use.

I have a Clarion that sounds better than my Pioneer, but the Clarion is by far the worst design interface, and is SLOOOOOOOOW as Fuk! Also puts hugh 3 seconds gaps between songs! But it does sound better.
