You can't, other than bypassing the occupant classification system. Micro Image sells the device that I created, which plugs into the OC ECU (under the front passenger seat) in place of the harness to the four weight sensors and gives you a switch which allows you to have the passenger airbag armed or disarmed. Using it keeps the SRS ECU happy so that the rest of the system still works.

Can I just ask.. Why would you be considering putting a baby capsule in the front of the car.. Baby Seats do not go in the front of the car...Let alone thinking about disabling the air bag.. that is a whole other matter

I lost both of my twin boys to TTTS. I would never risk putting even a small child in the front of my yaris.

I mean, before we left the dealership for delivery I made sure that my the 4yr old and 2 year old could climb in. I buckle them up. But I would never put them in the front seat.

Please do not risk it.

Thank you.

I have written a book about it, it was horrible.

But I would never put any child in the front seat. Even with the air bag off.

In any case, it is illegal in Australia to put a bub seat in the front of a passenger car. There are three child seat anchor points behind the rear seats, also, Aus has allowed the use of ISOFIX equipped seats to be sold in the country.
Plus disabling the SRS is also illegal in Aus, get caught and it is a hefty fine, and will also make your car unroadworthy.
