No such thing. Put any oil that meets the requirements recommended by toyota.

No matter what oil, whether its petroleum or synthetic based. Just make sure to do it on a good timetable and for Petes sake use a good filter!!! Wix and Purolator ONE are the best. There are alot of others that are OK(except Fram, they're good at marketing, thats about it) Oil that has lots of dirt and such in it isnt doing your engine any good whether it dino or synth!

Fram does make some good oil filters.

The ones that are tested bad are the "orange" line oil filters which it their cheapest (lowest quality) and most widely advertised line.
It's a classic case of marketing an inferior product and making it a best seller to maximize their profits.

Any oil that has the API donut stamp and ILSAC on the oil bottle.

I use Toyota genuine oil filter.

I agrree.
Too much has been made of marketing BS and just some bad info on the net that keeps perpetuating itsself.
Also, Toyota filters have been tested to be very good.

I use Castrol GTX. Usually buy it by the case lot with a coupon from Checkard to get the best price.

The best oil for your car is the most expensive oil you can afford.

I use the recommended oil. I was also told by an auto mechanic NOT TO CHANGE THE FILTERS when I have an oil change. He said the filters work better when they are a little dirty? And dealerships just make more money for something not necessary.

I HAVE NO OPINION JUST WANT TO PASS THIS ON TO THOSE OF YOU MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE THAN I AM...

Sorry, I cannot resist....

I have used Royal Purple which worked great, but I ran into some financial troubles a few years back and moved to Mobil 1, the latest experience has been the new Penzoil Synthentic and my engine seems to be running really smooth with that. I have stuck with the 5W-30.

Lol

I just switched from Royal Purple to the Enoes 5w30.

I was bummed that it isn't a full synthetic but I guess it doesn't matter because I don't do extended OCI's. I stick with the 5k interval.

Anyway, I don't notice any difference b/w the RP and Eneos so I would say that the Eneos oil is darn good!

JDM too:p lol
