Installing head unit in UK 06-11 Yaris

Hello,

I have an 06-11 (58 reg) UK Yaris 1.3 VVT-i T3 and am looking to install a standard size stereo head unit.

This is the stereo:

And this is the inside of my car:

I have the appropriate wiring harness (and the stereo) and am probably going to get halfords to install it for me (too old to do things like that for myself haha!).

The question is will I need anything else for the installation, the halfords site suggests I don't but I get the feeling I'll need to buy a fascia or something for the car so that it will accomodate the stereo?

Thanks for reading.

See the thread below for details on the trim pieces you will need to replace the integrated OEM radio:

Thanks for your reply, looking at your picture and the 3 parts you said were necessary (Panel Sub-assy, Instrument cluster finish, center 55405-52580-B0 / Panel , Instrument panel finish, end LH 55436-52010-B0 / Panel , Instrument panel finish, end RH 55435-52010-B0) it looks like buying this would be the 3 right parts?

I will buy the trim kit as well if halfords doesn't provide anything like it.

That's correct for the trim pieces. You will also need the wiring harness adapter and the trim filler kit, but they should definitely have those on hand, as they are common to almost all Toyota vehicles.
