angle grind off lower alternator bolt?

The retard that replaced the alt overtightened the long through bolt

Someone recomended doing this as only/last resort...mine is seized on.

I need to remove to replace water pump....its overheating...I doubt its the water pump though...but thats another issue.

is the head stripped or is it just spinning?, the issue i see with cutting it off is youll probably still be half stuck
