Ha! I just rode one yesterday for the first time. My friend who is a rabid snowboarder has one. I was a little shaky at first but kind of got the hang of it after a while. Did better than I expected considering the last time I was on a skateboard was probably 40 years ago.

Ha, that's awesome. First thought was, I would have opted for the elbow pads before the helmet lol. Back in my daily skateboarding days, it was the ankles, wrists, knees and elbows that took most of the damage.

For a first ride, was interesting to see you taking the turns backside rather than frontside. Must be pretty comfy/stable.

the helmet was all i had

im a natural left foot forward back turner

i can do right foot forward and front turning but its more difficult

in the speed limiting most stable beginner bluetooth linked phone app setting the accelerometers/ gyros keep the board very stable and flat with smooth slow acceleration

there are 4 app settings up to expert
