In order:
Standalone
LSD (maybe xB final drive at same time)
flywheel & clutch upgrade
Turbo
Redo exterior (kit and paint)
Build low compression motor for more boost

reassemble BBS with new hardware/silicone and mount tires again hoping they dont leak this time
lower front suspension
install intake manifold
install front strut bar
paint/install eyelids

When I can / asap:
rear sway bar
custom working spoiler for some down force at and above 80 (aluminum painted to match / similar to old nascar spoiler design, but much lighter angle)
When tires wear out:
Motegi 16" with Michelin Pilot Sport AS 3's

Then, after that:
Dynamat doors, replace speakers and buy some more suspension stiffening items / ladder bar, strut brace, etc. (actually, the bracing will come before the rims/tires)

Did the TRD rear sway bar last week. What an amazing upgrade, great bang for the buck. I notice now the front seems to push more, as the rear seems tied down. More like a point and shoot handling wise. Awesome first mod. Thanks fellow Yaris owners for helping me choose this as a first mod.

I've got lots to keep me busy for a whille...(posting here for reference)

-install 1ZZ throttle body (soon as I get a proper size reducer and longer coolant hoses)
-install Weapon-R header (DONE!)
-clean/replace air filter (installed new CAI system!)
-install new shocks & struts + lowering springs
-install rear sway bar
-change front brake pads+rotors (rusty rotors & approx. 30% left on pads)
-restore newly bought rims
-work on "secret" project
