changing bulbs projector lights

I want to change the bulbs of my depo projector headlights.

They're H1 but which wattage do I need for low beam and high beam?

I'm talking about these:

I used regular 55W (I think) Osram Silverstars, pretty good improvement over the crappy bulbs provided with the headlights. But, I am not sure if the housing is able to handle hotter bulbs, after all they do not recommend HIDs...

HIDs run cooler then a Halogen bulb anyways.. should be no issue.

I just bought these:

(I know it says HID but they aren't)

HID's aren't allowed here or I need headlight washers and automatich headlight height adjustment. So "normal" bulbs for me.

I do hope they shine a bit whiter than stock bulbs. I've found this site where they tested some of these 4000+ K bulbs and a lot of them where much lower than what the box said.
