I just saw a white NCP10 trotting around in San Diego... Now I want one.

It wasn't available States Side right? Can I buy from Canada and import to the US?

Correct, and yes you can. How easily it can be done depends on your State. We have a member who has imported a couple from Canada into Michigan very easily.
