Waxed My 2007 Yaris for the 1st time!
I drive my car 198 miles per weekday. Already have 78,000 miles on it, bought in July of 2007... Anyway, I washed and waxed it, although since this is the first time, I really needed to claybar it... I don't really have time for that though...
Crappy driveway pics... Mods: Ultra Racing 23mm rear sway bar Front strut tower bar Ebay underbraces (the ones that come with 3) Tein lowering springs AFE Intake setup Some emblems Awesome Urban Green steelies NYC rock chips and dings... Last edited by 9vapors; 05-31-2009 at 06:48 PM. |

Suggest caliper/drum paint: very sticky, quite durable, limited colors though..

I used duplicolor self etching primer, then used rustoleum Army Green paint. I used a garage heater to bake the paint on for about an hour. It's held up perfect through NYC traffic on a daily basis and 2 NY winters. It's has amazed me, but I am sure the self etching primer is a big help.
I am thinking of just having them widened or having them chromed or both. There is a chroming place right near me... |
