Mixing wheel sizes. front 195/60r15, back 195/65r15 (or viceversa)
Im in need of replacing the 2 front wheels as 1 year ago i replaced the back ones...
I originally had 185/60r15, when i replaced the back ones i bought them 195/60r15 so, a little wider but same everything else. Right now there is a sale of x2 195/65r15 so that would make them a bit taller... can this be done? or the difference be an issue??? My gut is telling me not to mix them, but maybe there is no problem if i do this... |

Staggered fitment is standard for some cars. When I met my better half, she had a Mercedes with staggered fitment. It's not cool for rotating because you can't rotate all around, but aside from that, shouldn't be an issue. Having said that, I have no experience with doing it on a Yaris, so take it for what it's worth.

Your 195/60/15's (24.2") are taller than the OEM 185/60/15's (23.7"); however, they are actually a very good fitment for the Yaris.
195/65/15's (25") are very tall for the car. I wouldn't install this size. I would look for 2 more 195/60/15's. |

you're just fine. the only time there is an issue is on a 4x4 or AWD.

Right now I am running 185/65-15 fronts and 185/60-15 rears. The first winter I owned my 2010 I ran 195/60-15 studded snows in front and the stock 185/60-15 stock tires in the rear. I had no problems running the mismatched sizes. but I am also a very restrained driver. Bill C
